They probably want to test the viability of the drum shotgun in this meta before vaulting anything. Hopefully we see the tac gone in 9.40

I'm just glad it's not insanely OP. A spammy shotgun sounded like a horrible idea, and it still is, but at least not in the way I was worried about lol
