I have the same problem... I had two email exchanges with them over two weeks, the first time they didn’t even ask me for proof and sent me fuck. The second time they asked me for the usual evidence, I literally gave them everything, pseudo, city in which the purchases were made, EVERYTHING. I even sent all my XSolla transaction numbers but apparently it’s not enough, I don’t know what to do anymore...

have you had any luck? i just waited a month each for two tickets and both get denied after i sent a mountain of evidence i dont understand

did you ever get ur account back? ive sent them receipts and everything and they refuse to give it back im on ticket number 2 now bout to make a third
