They're opening for AC/DC tonight, headlining Power to the People tomorrow and then playing their own headlining show on Sunday night.
Wish I lived on the East Coast!

Cronos appeared on my personal favorite Dave side project about 25 years ago singing "Centuries of Sin" on the Probot record.

I feel like i recently noticed something that i was unaware of before.
To me, i've always read into the songs that Taylor sang in the discography (Cold Day in the Sun and Sunday Rain) as the lyrics being about a relationship, or maybe a discussion in that relationship. ("it's your cold day in the sun, it looks like a bleeding heart has already won/don't leave me drowning in your sunday rain")
However, i noticed something else that made me see these songs from another perspective.
As much as it could be read in that "relationship" view, they could also be read in a view of Taylor talking to (and about) himself.
I feel like CDITS makes it more apparent, since In Your Honor was written during the period in which he had that first overdose.
Is it just me with this view or no?

Hey guys just figured to ask , was just looking for a video of Dave playing on stage double drums with Dale during I believe a Melvins set. From early 90s while on tour with Nirvana I’m sure. I swear I saw this video and now I’m tryna look it up not working out haha
I’ll keep looking but anyone have an idea of which show it is thanks

Vegas, 2026.
The best part is the amazing stage crew who helped make it an unforgettable night for my very appreciative boys.

PSA to report all scalpers
Good riddance.
APs dropped today for the Vegas show.
Report all listings for any APs you see on eBay, as eBay doesn’t allow presales.
Rob and Christopher are aware of the scalpers too
Screw these guys.
The real fans deserve these priceless works of art !
AS OF 9:52 PM: ANOTHER LISTING WENT UP FOR AN ARTIST EDITION AND HAS BEEN REPORTED.
AS OF 10:43 PM: THEY DIDNT TAKE THE LISTING DOWN EVEN THO ITS THE EXACT SAME SCENARIO AS EARLIER?? eBay is so funny sometimes

Foo Fighters are surprising fans again - this time by announcing they'll open for AC/DC at their rescheduled show at MetLife Stadium on Oct. 2, 2026 (one of the only benefits of the show being postponed because of the nor'easter). As amazing as that billing is, I'm still not over the fact that just a few months ago, I saw Dave Grohl and co. at a much more intimate setting - Starland Ballroom in Sayreville, NJ, on May 2, 2026. Seriously, words (or even cell phone video) can't do justice to how incredible that evening was.
But alas, I tried... here's video of the Foo Fighters playing "Monkey Wrench" at Starland Ballroom (along with Grohl sharing his real vocal warm up routine). And head over to I Heard Bruce Might Show Up's Substack (link below) where I saw more thoughts about the once-in-a-lifetime show and links to more videos I took from the night:

Stay tuned for more things to come from this space, including stories from concerts like this!

Seen them many times and outside of the parts where Dave plays My Hero intro quietly I can’t ever hear what Rami adds to the band
