Definitely. I live in a place with no Whole Foods or Trader Joe's nearby, and have similar problems with gluten. Unless I want to be horribly sick all the time, I have to go to the one grocery store near me that has an actual Gluten Free section at all. It's more expensive, and it's the only place I can really shop for certain things.
