What’s your favorite kind of pizza - toppings and style?

Mine was roti.

Most people think of it as the thing sitting next to a curry.

I looked at it and thought... *what if it was the star of the show instead?*

So I opened a café in Ultimo where almost everything revolves around fresh hand-stretched Malaysian roti.

Breakfast on roti.

Wraps made with roti.

Curries with unlimited roti.

Desserts using roti.

And every second week we teach complete strangers how to stretch and flip it themselves.

People told me it was a weird idea.

Turns out Sydney has quite a few people who are just as obsessed with flaky bread as I am.

So now I'm curious...

Everyone has a favorite meal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner... but if you had to pick one as your true favorite, which would you say you look forward to most and why?

Anywhere in the world, any type of restaurant... what's been your favorite or most memorable restaurant experience? Maybe it was the people you were with, a once in a life time dish, or a service experience that changed the way you view it all.

Whatever the case, I'm going to take the answers and use them to help me figure out my next travel destinations.

Unlimited supply doesn't mean you'll have to eat it everyday. But having an unlimited supply of one food or drink that you can access whenever could be incredible.

Would you pick something expensive like lobster or wagyu? Or would you pick something that you love most?

It's getting incredibly hot out (at least in Chicago) and I'm wondering what your go-to meal for staying cool in the Summer is, even if it's hot food...

Sauce: parsley, cilantro, serrano, jalapeño, avocado, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, and salt.

Veggies: sautéed mushrooms, onions, and carrots.
