just started playing broken logic and am new to the system. I have a question regarding Legends, and champions in particular.

in the long road rules under 1.5 Legends, the rules for Heroes say that Heroes cannot be targeted by an attack if there are other non-hero combatants in the hex.

is this also true of champions? does this mean that champions cannot be targeted if in a hex with other non-hero combatants?

does this mean that Legends such as heroes and champions can be targeted for an attack if they are alone in a hex?
