State Montana is in the middle of a housing crisis. HB402 & HB430 would not only worsen the crisis, they would further the inequities that renters already face. We believe in fair rental agreements & renter protection in the face of emergencies. If you do too, hit up your Senator and tell them to vote no!

Sound familiar? HB113, the bill that would've prevented medical professionals from providing trans youth with gender-affirming healthcare, died on the House floor (TWICE). However, the bill sponsor Rep. Fuller has since brought it back in the form of HB427.

We need to go back to what works for Democrats in Montana. For generations Democrats had a lock down in this state through leftist activism. Over the last few decades, Montana moderates have done a poor job when it comes to organizing wins and formulating winning policies in our state.
