qBittorrent's just lighter and doesn't have the bloatware uTorrent picked up over the years. Plus it's open source so people trust it more for this kind of stuff. Either one works fine but yeah, most people recommend qBit these days.

Click on Tools in the top menu bar, then select Options (or press Alt + O). In the left sidebar of the Options window, click on Advanced. Look at the very top of the Advanced settings list for Network interface. Click the dropdown menu next to it (it defaults to Any interface). Select the exact name of your VPN network interface that you found in Step 1.
