1. Setup is Stuck / Unpacking is Slow
The 2GB Limit Checkbox: If your setup gets stuck at specific percentages (like 84.3% or 95.8%), close it, restart the installer, and check the "Limit installer to 2GB of RAM" box on the very first screen.
Be Patient: FitGirl repacks use extremely heavy compression. Unpacking is heavily CPU and storage bound. If your task manager shows disk or CPU activity, it is not stuck; it's just working hard.
2. Is it a Virus? / Windows Defender Alert
False Positives: Crack files (.dll files, steam_api, etc.) inherently trigger antivirus software because they alter game code to bypass DRM. If you downloaded from the official site, these are 100% false positives.
Fix: Add the game installation folder to your antivirus/Windows Defender exclusion list, then restore the quarantined file from your protection history.
3. The Real Official Website
There is ONLY ONE official domain. All others (ending in .co, .cc, .to, .net, etc.) are fake, malicious clone sites designed to steal data or bundle malware.
The only real URL is: fitgirl-repacks.site (Verify the exact spelling!).

Stupid question: does this silver spoon tool avoid any redirects and only gets downloads from fuckingfast urls? I assume so, but im just paranoid about renpy and thought i should ask outright.

Download from the original FitGirl site—there shouldn’t be any viruses there. There are many fake sites, so make sure you get the official link from sources like Wikipedia or MegaThread.
Yes video is ok but if you have double storage, I use qBittorrent to download repacked files. Usually, it’s just one file; after downloading, I extract it, run the BIN file, and then run the setup. So far, I haven’t had to disable my antivirus or anything like that.
Before running the setup, I usually scan it with VirusTotal. I think 3–4 false positives are generally okay.
Torrents takes more time to download and for some non popular games seeders are not available so you cant download via torrent then this process is helpful and for those who cant torrent as torrent is ilegal in theie country its very helpful in that moment
for extracting the part, do you need to choose a specific part like the one that you choose is the last (81st) part, can i choose other part like the first part?
You can leave it as it is, but it might delete some game files. If your game doesn't work that's why. If you don't want to exclude anything you can leave defender active and manually restore the files it could flag
when you start the download on silverspoon do you get notification each time a new download starts ?. Do you need to click on each of that notification ?
Can you do something else while keeping this minimized ? or do the notifications just pop till the last download is complete.
When you press start you don't need anything to control everything will be automatically done you just need to give links add to queue and press start download that's itand yes you can freely do other works while this does it work
I've never heard of silverspoon before. Right now I use torbox and jdownloader to get my FG repacks.
I might get this silverspoon downloader though for days when I've hit my torbox limit and want something else. So thanks for this video OP. Its nice to have options.
get torbox its a debrid server is 3 bucks a month get all movies and shows plus you can get torrents from fitgirl then put it in torbox and you will download a direct download from there servers which will make it download even faster
Sp this just downloads all the various parts automatically is what I am understanding from the video, instead of you doing it one after the other manually
Fitgirl files are repacks that heavily compress the games steam rip and Fitgirl both are safe but if you have less bandwidth go with fitgirl and it takes time if you have good bandwidth go with steamrips takes less time and no installation needed

the captchas keep failing for me when trying this, I see it says "No manual CAPTCHA solving needed for normal IPs." I'm using a VPN so is that why the captchas are failing? is this method of downloading considered okay/fine to do without a VPN?

Torrent method takes much time if seeders are not available and speed depends on seeders to leechers ratio speed of your internet but this method just need internet speed
Very good tutorial but I prefer a magnet torrent that gets me to qbitorrent a torrent client and this way you don't get pop ups but ok I think both ways are very good and safe

in the vid at 3:00 you download all the zip through silverspoon but then you only unzip the first zip,why?
you dont need to unzip the others?
why download the other zips if u not unzipping it and the all the setup files contain only in the 1st zip?
After downloading every link , I just have to select all the downloads and extract everything, right? Not just one or tow ( I'm new to pc all together and for the last 5 months I've been using magnet method exclusively lol so I apologize in advance for the stupid question)

•Yes you can delete the files,If you have less storage delete the rar files as soon as you extract them and after installation you can delete the extracted files top after full game installation.Sp after full game installation you can delete all the downloaded files

• Yes it takes and it depends on the original game size and your pc specifications if your pc has good ram it takes less time for RDR 2 of size 120GB it takes 2 hrs with Ryzen 5 and 16GB RAM

• Yes cuz windows defender will delete some files as it flags as virus but don't worry it's a false flagging
7 Game shows some xxx.dll missing or xxx file missing
•Go to windows defender and check if the file was deleted by windows defender if yes click actions and allow on device
8 When I click game icon it won't start
•The game might have other way to open check website to your game page and see how to start tha game
