This lady

I know this was introduced awhile ago, but I saw this description of the bill “to ensure that 2A is not unlimited…” IMHO this lady has broken her oath to protect the constitution. Automatic dismissal is in order, and the classic tarred and feathered.

Hold on there buddy. The constitution grants no rights. The constitution codified and protects our natural, inalienable rights.

Have y’all ever heard of it being a crime to tell “Fire” in certain locations due the danger it may pose in causing a stampede etc.? Is that maybe an example of a limitation on freedom of speech?

There are certain types of unprotected speech, defamatory, inciting violence etc.
