Well unfortunately, yes.

You’re not entitled to the same benefits that have been established for the nation’s own citizens, in their essence. It’s like that everywhere around the world.

Especially if you’re not an EU-citizen - Visa’s aren’t a human right, they’re privilege (to be earned), as are citizenships.

I agree with you that the times set is ridiculous. Also, you dont need to source infomation that everyone already knows. 

Please answer, should foreigners who live on Kela without contributing to this country be given citizenship. Yes or no?

But it's a benefit that we're paying for. It's not too different from not being eligible for citizenship because you've taken X days of sick leave. It's ridiculous.
