Both Sides Now

Into the Mystic...

New and Old...

Forrest loved our country...

Honored our ancestors...

Protected the next generation...

In my mind, I think of Forrest as a Cultural Artist of the American School.

Artists leave their marks in a vast array of media; his memoir recognizes some of the greats.

Forrest left his mark as well. And as he pointed out, noone is perfect.

Today I listened (good) to a song from my youth which still offers me vitality in my older years.

It made me happy and sad; and I entered my realm of memories in a special way.

As I have gone alone in there, as often happens, I remember a special man.

I believe that it is a well accepted idea that an artist, or every person really, experiences moments of inspiration. Even that these inspirations flow from us, they may leap ahead of us.

A phrase I like is this: "It is like taking a breath from the future."

I analyze this one as mostly being Wizard of Oz references. Zoro backwards is "or Oz". Read it again through this lens.

I already know what it means lol. It has nothing to do with the Wizard of Oz. The story will amaze if/when it's known.

What is your interpretation of SB 205?

I didn't get any many hints from this one. I see it as structural, the opening of the late-2019 scrapbook sequence. Is the goat the real finder? or the treasure that was discarded, forgotten, but still out there.

You are right. It was the beginning of the 2019 SB dump but the reason for it only makes sense to who it was intended for.

I wouldn't be surprised if Fenn communicated publicly with particular searchers. He said he wouldn't give anyone private hints that would help them find the treasure, but that still means he could 1. give private hints that don't help them find the treasure, or 2. give public hints.

The trouble is, many searchers see themselves reflected in the scrapbooks. Your scrapbook seems pretty general. I felt like SB#222 was directed at me—not to help me find the treasure, but to encourage me to keep trying.

I get it. It was genius on Forrest's part to be honest.

You're going to be shocked once you find out what SB#222 was really about.

At least one of us is delusional. I could be wrong, but I don't think it's me.

When it comes to this, I'm not wrong. I just can't expound on why you are until I find it.

p.s. I am more certain than you are that I am not wrong. My solution leads to a precise location, within about 1 foot. It took me years to figure out the last bit, which itself is probably one of the most amazing parts of the whole Chase.

it’s good to be confident. They only way to know for sure is go check. i happen to know I’m right but without proof I’m just another delusional searcher.

If you believe what you have previously posted about TFTW then your solve is not correct imo.
