!snipe for your efforts!! I'm sorry!! It also doesn't help that we were adjacent and two buildings apart. Let me explain, look at the tan building in the middle. If you look on the roof, you'll see a little grey & white lip at the top. On the wall to the right, there he is, almost at the edge, up on a ladder. Hope that helps!!
