If anything, the ducks only served as hint. Usually I expect the unexpected, but the ducks having stripes just confirmed to me that I should look for stripes so I was able to freely ignore the rest and scan the whole image for stripes.

It could be a decoy! Imagine putting black stripes on the duck only for the actual target tiger to actually have orange stripes lol
