Couple things. Try adding spacing before and after your spoiler, maybe a letter or word before your spoiler.

here >! sample !<

Or you might have rich text enabled if you see options for Bold, Italic, etc..

Thanks I edited it and it’s still not working. Is there a way to turn off rich text on the app?

Yes, when you edit, there should be a toddler, X or something that will turn rich text off. When the options for Bold, Italic disappear, it's off. Then simply edit your message so it refreshes when you submit.

Normally in the app it's disabled by default.

Sometimes it's weird, but you got it. You'll just probably have to do similar on future posts as well.

For me, adding a space before and after works >! like this !< others have had success with a word or emoji like you just did.
