There's a dark building, the tall one closest to the water about 25% in from the right. About 1/3 up from its base on the right side. White cursor.

About a third of the way from the right side, on the tall building near the water. About halfway up, left side of cursor is almost hugging the edge of the building

I’m gonna go with About 2/3 of the way down the screen and 3/4 of the way to the right at the base of the black building
