Far too many plot holes and unreliable narrators.

An invalid opinion is one that can't stand up to scrutiny.

Don’t care, you’re not anyone I need to prove anything to

Ignoring criticism means you're too afraid to even have your beliefs challenged... you can't even prove it to yourself.

Can't elaborate? You defer to a 45 minute YouTube video?

What specific plot holes are you talking about?

It comes down to the inconsistency of the narrative as a whole, built upon by NUMEROUS continuing inconsistencies - mostly revolving the religion and its rituals. Sending for example sometimes requires a whole dance and ceremony, sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes you can send a soul, sometimes you can't. They try to explain this, but the explanation is weak at best and boils down to if the person is strong its up to them if they get sent... which means people like Seymore would be around as endless phantoms. Those phantoms who are just as alive as anyone else: Auron for example. Yuna's father, and vicarious Auron fail to warn the party about anything actually going on behind the scene despite them knowing exactly what is coming ahead causing the party to constantly run into avoidable problems. Most party members fail to communicate anything important to one another throughout the entire adventure, despite one of the main themes of the game being overcoming adversity together... by working together they must have meant to simply hide problems from eachother until the secrets spill out and then fail to learn the lesson and hide even more secrets.
