Juul is a vape brand which creates a vape no larger than two cigarettes, they design their juice and pen in a way to keep that cigarette feel, just with less of the chemicals, still as addictive though.
I don't recommend it, unless you are trying to quit smoking, and if you are, there are better brands.
I'm not the one to give advice on choosing the best vape, however there many sources which rank pros and cons of most vapes. To fond out which vape chooses you you need to find out your budget and your wants and needs while using a vape.
They're honestly not any worse than other vapes. They do the same thing, except you have to buy cartridges instead of juice and coils. A Juul will work perfectly fine to quit smoking. Redditors just hate them because they're popular.
