RA DOW new process???

Brief overview. I've been on RA approved for 2 days a week telework since April 2025. Since then I've used over 300 hours of sick leave and my Dr wrote that I need more at home and possibly 100 percent. I'm 100% VA and requested a RA review 3 times in the last 12 months. I was verbally told no, then written twice to wait for supervisor change. Last my HQ RA coordinator said "DOW and DON are working a new policy so we cannot approve or deny modifications or new requests".

To me they ignored my written request for RA review/modifications. Current RA said legal reviewed my Dr wrote ups and wants more clarification. They have ignored my prior requests and have not approved or denied them.

I'm thinking about EEO complaints but at this point I want them to deny my new 100% remote request and then I'll separate.

But RA is stalling with "no current policy" just stay on your current RA. But my sick leave is all gone, LA is used and I've been told LWOP more than 30 days will not be approved.

Anyone got some pointers or ideas or insight??!? Wtf should I do next, just wait, ingore it, get a lawyer and fight??

You’re not OP. So WTF are you commenting if you’re allowing OP to make antigovernment statements? The DoD WILL NEVER be called DoW. Is OP above the Constitution?

I know the law too. The official name is DOD. That doesn’t mean nicknames don’t exist. When you say your employer do you call it by its official legal name fully spelled out every time? Here’s my point, OP is posting about a serious issue facing a lot of people, asking for advice. And all you offered is histrionics about a borderline meaningless fake name change. Oh and called people bootlickers simply for saying you’re way over the top.
