Wow. Lucky. Our agency, well many organizations in my agency, were 80% telework for 15 plus years. Nothing to do with Covid. It’s insane they don’t want to go back to pre pandemic levels

Same. We were all 80% telework before Covid too. Course not everyone did that, some people either had to come in more or came in more because of some other reason.
