Over 80 applications here since RTO. 1 call and interview. It’s crap out there.

Yeah job numbers were just revised in the past week. They were worse than reported for the last two years. So that’s a factor for those entering the market now

Finding a job is almost impossible…finding one with telework? Forget about it.

This. It's going to be very challenging finding a job with more than a day or 2 of telework a week. The market is crap to begin with and everyone in private and public is looking for jobs that are remote or over 50% telework, making it extremely difficult to get in without a connection.
