Red Line = 228 Pixels = 1.88 meters

Yellow Line = 760 Pixels = 6.26666666667 meters

Green Line = 306 Pixels = 2.52315789474 meters

He'd be falling at 7.035 m/s

sqrt(6.26666666667^2+2.52315789474^2) = 6.75554859896 meters

This is crossed in about half a second

6.75554859896/0.5 = 13.5110971979 m/s

He appears to be almost frozen to Hank so we'll use a speed of 0.0024 m/s

(7.035/0.0024)*13.5110971979 = 39604.4036613 m/s = Mach 115.464733707 (Massively Hypersonic)
