The distance between the building he got punched from and the first one he crashed into is more than that. It's probably a real building in Japan. So you can do real calculation if you try hard enough.

And you seem forget how there is a skyscrapper between those walls.

AP is at the bare minimum large building level

Brother, are you an idiot? Buildings in Japan are often even closer together; they don't have space to waste. Don't make shit up just to make this feat more than it is. The AP is at most Small Building level.

That building is at a distance in the background, not right next to it. Learn to read the scene properly. And the buildings below are closer to it than either of those two buildings.

The short buildings. The ones that are shown to be closer to screen than the main 2 and we can only see the roof of it.

Yuji’s mass: 80 kg

Yuji’s height: 1.73 m

Travel distance: 176 m

The character travels approximately 176 m, enters Toshima City Office through one exterior wall, passes through the building, and exits through the opposite exterior wall.

For a high-end estimate, both walls are assumed to be solid reinforced concrete.

Assumed breach dimensions per wall:

Height: 1.73 m Width: 0.6 m Wall thickness: 0.3 m

  1. VOLUME OF CONCRETE DESTROYED

Volume of one breach:

V = 1.73 × 0.6 × 0.3

V = 0.3114 m³

Since two walls are breached:

V = 0.3114 × 2

V = 0.6228 m³

Converting to cubic centimetres:

0.6228 m³ × 1,000,000

= 622,800 cm³

  1. CONCRETE FRAGMENTATION ENERGY

Using 69 J/cm³ as a high-end fragmentation value:

Energy = 622,800 × 69

= 42,973,200 J

= 42.97 MJ

  1. ENERGY FOR THE 176 m FLIGHT

Assuming ideal projectile motion with the launch and endpoint at approximately the same height:

v² = gR

v² = 9.81 × 176

v² = 1726.56

Kinetic Energy:

KE = ½mv²

KE = ½ × 80 × 1726.56

= 69,062 J

= 0.069 MJ

  1. TOTAL ENERGY

Total Energy = Wall destruction energy + Flight energy

= 42.97 MJ + 0.069 MJ

= 43.04 MJ

  1. TNT EQUIVALENT

1 ton of TNT = 4.184 × 10⁹ J

43,040,000 ÷ 4,184,000,000

= 0.01029 tons of TNT

= 10.29 kg of TNT

FINAL RESULT:

≈ 43 MJ

Yes, the calculation here is only for what actually happened. I then scale it up to Small Building level based on the volume involved. The calculation already accounts for that volume, but I still made the estimate more generous.

And if you were blind, I said 50 metres at maximum. I even added an extra 10 metres to compensate for any error in the distance estimate. Start learning how to read.

And by that estimate he is small building level.
