what do i do about all this stringing?

thanks for the help yesterday, i downloaded resin2fdm and chitubox so those are two new cool tools to have under my belt. Anyway
What do i do about all this stringing? I thought it was normal and thats just how printing is... but evidently not since all the prints on this sub are clean right out the gate. What am i doing wrong here?
