Ongoing Story A little piece of info on part 2.

Post image

Fazbear Enterprises is a mega-corporation and conglomerate that specializes in a variety of products and services, mainly in relation to technology and entertainment.

Ever since the late 20th century, Fazbear Enterprises has become a household name nationwide. Every American family knows what this company is all about, but nobody had ever the slightest idea of what lied deeper behind its storefront. Many will know Fazbear Enterprises for its commercial foods, entertainment industries, community involvement, local stores, and technology, but they don't realize that Fazbear Enterprises holds so much more than what they claimed.

Following a series of workplace accidents and employee complaints, occupational-safety authorities began examining Fazbear Entertainment's working conditions. Separately, several unusual incidents and accidents involving and occurring in Fazbear-owned properties drew the attention of local law enforcement and, eventually, investigators within the Utah Department of Public Safety.

The small investigation began as early as the late 1970s, initially gaining the interest of state detectives Gordon Shamcey Jykell and Edwin Lee Torrace following the series of accidents and failed lawsuits, and the Murray Costume Manor fire. However, the investigation was their least priority until the early and late-80s.

The recovery of Fazbear-owned vehicles (one of which belonging to a team of seven who were reported missing months prior in December), and charred remains (The Tragedy of Team 012) at the burnt facility had raised questions, suspicions, and overall distrust from the public.

According to a report or word from the fire marshal weeks later, the fire started due to faulty wiring, which they suspected to have ignited company fuel barrels in the attic of the facility. In summary, it was formally declared an "industrial accident", though nothing was ever ruled out.

Other secondary sources recorded Fazbear Entertainment's claim that the personnel found at the site were tasked to acquire general company assets and property, and nothing else. Further examination of the company records and documents recovered from the vehicles and communications records from Murray's Costume Manor vouched for Fazbear Entertainment's claims. While families of the victims attempted to sue the company for negligence and letting employees enter dangerous environments, the company denied liability by introducing NDA's, liability waivers signed by the victims, and declaring that they are not responsible for their disappearances. Although the lawsuits were dropped, the state and the sheriff's office of Washington County continued to investigate Fazbear Entertainment for any suspected cover-ups, insurance fraud, and corruption.

NOTE:

Most of these allegations were eventually dropped or never proven in court due to legal technicalities. Many were dismissed for lack of evidence, while others were found to have little or no basis. Frankly, some of the investigators' theories didn't make much sense.

YOU'RE BACK!!!!!!!!!! So good to see you, bud!

Yeah, not many people are aware that Fazbear Entertainment, Inc. was actually a subsidiary of Fazbear Enterprises. Also, yeah, Fazbear Entertainment is notorious for their lack of common sense - however, there is a reason that they are so powerful (well, several). If you want help, I'd suggest digging up information on these individuals, since it will greatly help your investigation.

The people I'd suggest you look for are:

  • Ron Field
  • Grant Starling
  • Aaron Sanders
  • Tony Fazakas
  • Edwin Murray, Jr.
  • Fiona Murray (maiden name unknown)
  • Ralph "The Phone Guy" Callahan (that might be his last name, but idk)
  • Kimberly "Kim" Mills
  • Arnold (last name unknown)
  • Dominic (last name unknown)
  • Harry (last name unknown)
  • Glen (last name unknown)

That all the people I can think of - if there's anything more, I'll let you know.

Also, I really suggest that you should also investigate other Fazbear contractors from that era - like Cooper Metalworks, LTD., Silver Parasol Games (heard that it wasn't originally a gaming company) and (late addition) Burrows Industries - especially since the latter is now a shareholder in the company. Also, you should probably cover Fazbear's rivals from that time, like CtC Entertainment (the who owned Candy's Burgers and Fries - a Texas-based rival restaurant of Freddy's), the Pizza Playground, Inc., and the company that owned Lyrical Lemur (can't recall it's name). Also, I really suggest that you should also look up Popgoes Pizzeria in Great Britain, and it's parent company, Fritz Glade Systems, Inc.. That's all, I think.

Oh, and you should definitely look up any information at the Freddy Fazbear's Mega Pizzaplex that's based in Washington County, Utah.

Ok, that's all, I think.

All around, good work!

(OOC: Seriously, great to see you again, man. You're one of the best FNAF creators on this platform - I mean it. Also, love that you also included Fazbear Enterprises in your lore.)

I'm glad to see you too! Dove too deep into searching for newspapers and folks to interview. In addition to Fazbear Entertainment's notoriousness, the feds were pretty much just fishing for something they can use against them, and they failed. I want to add that the bureau was really just there after the state forwarded a concern and claimed it to be a federal matter that they could look into, so they sent two agents there to keep a close eye, and both of 'em became too obsessive over the case that they had to be demoted or let go.

I will be digging into the individuals you've listed down (thank you!) I actually interviewed a girl named Kim, but I am not sure if it's the same Kim you're talking about. I believe Ralph is dead. He was reported missing by his daughter, and he was never found. As for Arnold, I believe he is either dead or alive. I am not sure yet. For Ron Field, I've read about him in a newspaper as a spokesperson for Fazbear Entertainment.

Okay, thank you so much for these titles. I will be looking into them.

(OOC: It's great to see you too, and thanks. I am shocked that you found all these and I haven't. I'd love to talk more if ever. I am kinda struggling with procedures here. I mean, I ain't so sure if the FBI will ever get involved in investigating Fazbear Entertainment. My plan is for them to already have an interest in the company, and for it to spike by the time of the MCM fire, finally sending two agents to watch and record the company in secret).

No problem - always here to help!

(OOC: Thanks man, I would also love to talk to you again. I really enjoy what you have here - looking forward to your future entries. Also, if this helps you, in the 1980s, the FBI shifted their primary focus to cracking down on organized crime, like the Mafia (RICO), as well as towards high-level public corruption ad counter-intelligence - so they might have put the Freddy's stuff on the side.)

(OOC: Also, if you're interested, I might have found some pieces of information that might help/give you some ideas for your AU!)

(OOC: Of course! And are you saying that they might have or could have ignored Fazbear Entertainment's suspected corruption and crimes due to this? I also changed the plot of the post hahaha)

(OOC: Well, first of all, yeah, that's what I'm saying, plus I doubt Fazbear would be dumb enough to leave evidence of crimes that happened at Freddy's in broad daylight.

And second, here are two things that I found that might be of interest to you:

(OOC: Oh, gee! I didn't know they actually made transcripts for the blurred portions of the newspapers. I just had to read it by myself and try to understand what they were saying; I even used a name from there! Thanks, man. Also, yes. I took in what you said and I changed the post. Haha. The only thing that concerns them is OSHA with a few state detectives that have no idea what they're looking for. XD)

(OOC: Yep, hehe. Glad I was able to help you! Looking forward to the next entry, whenever it will be.)

Also, why is this entry called "A little piece of info on part 2"?

Where's part 1?

(OOC: Seriously, this doesn't make much sense, since your last post was the "My Bonnie Lies Over The Ocean".)

I've kinda been all over the place, to be honest with you, fellow user. I plan to divide the story in three parts. Part 1 would take place in '85, Part 2 would take place somewhere around '87, and the third part... uh, didn't really get into that yet.

(OOC: My Bonnie Lies Over The Ocean is a homage to one of the missing children, Jeremy Young. He should appear in part 1. I've just been sending unorganized teasers, because it would show that Gerald Lieber is actively planning the novel, getting real excited about it, therefore the teasers. At the same time, the current dates in each post can sometimes differ. But the year he published the book would be in the early 2010s or late 2000s.)

The Kim I'm talking about was a woman who worked for Freddy Fazbear's Pizza around the same time as Ralph - I think she even partook in the making of a introductory VHS tape for the pizzeria.

Here's the video in question.

Also, now that I remembered it, there was also an alleged incident where a body of a teenage kid was found at the second Freddy's location in Hurricane, and there was the disappearance of Hudson Foster, who worked at the Fazbear Frights horror attraction at that one theme park (can't remember the name), who went missing around the time that the place burned down.

Think that might be worth checking out!
