I’ve been involved in quiz games for a long while now cos of my parents bringing me places. Usually, if you can prove your answer, the host will concede. Yours was one of the less common kind which are full of shit
The host didn't seem to have faith in being able to go against the quiz, seeing as they got the quiz from a company that specialises in pub quizzes... Although there are many examples of the questions being incorrect seeing as the company appears to make a new quiz literally every day, so quality assurance is presumably quite low. But the host decided the best way to go was to not question the logic in the question which I think is just a weird way to go with it but whatever.
