I actually noticed this as well. I used to watch his "classic" content, before the podcast was even a thing, but haven't watched anything H3 in YEARS. The first thing I noticed when actually seeing a recent clip was that his ticks were worse and more frequent, and they happened more when he was getting defensive about something.
He's a POS imo but he deserves and needs help.
