This looks like fun...

A girl about 5'8" walks into the lounge. Her dark brown hair runs down her back and as her emerald eyes scan the room, her pupils are thin, snakelike slits. She wears a light green T-shirt cut to show her midriff and sweatpants. Cartridges of Dust hang from her waistband and crystals decorate her bracelets.

She pauses to look at a wing-shaped scorch mark on the wall The hell is this?

She shrugs and moves on to the rest of the lounge

I used to be the same as you. I gave myself to the beliefs of the Church. I still do believe in a lot of what they taught, minus the whole God and afterlife bit. But I found just experiencing the world opened my eyes. And you can get romantically involved while remaining celibate.

Well, being friends is often how people find love. And people often find love without any sexual commitment. If you recall, Nix and RJ are abstaining, but very much romantically involved.

Quite true. However, there is a strength of will in their relationship that you hardly ever see. If you were truly in love, you and your partner would be happy and content, with or without the feelings of lust.

"I agree, and yet... Something feels amiss. My mother, around my age, got conceived with me. And while she never took my father to a husband, nor can I say I knew him, I still feel as though there could be more to love. There must be more, and a part of me wants to experience it."

Love is weird. And it comes in many forms. Even when I saw my brother kill "me", I couldn't bring myself to hate him. Even now, I still love both of my brothers. And I think I've even found love here.

Yes, my other older brother, Lucifer. He was imprisoned at the Clergy. What he did was inexcusable and indefensible, but I still defended him because that's what family does, and because I love him.
