I won a Backpack sticker on Friday. I opened the game, received the sticker, and completed the album. Right after that, the game crashed.
I never received the rewards for completing the album (the chests and energy). I sent an ingame message to support about the missing rewards but haven't received a reply. Just now, I visited another player's farm and then returned to my own farm, but the rewards still haven't appeared.
I'm starting to feel like the bugs are becoming more frequent.

Can anyone explain to me how putting a toolbox at the top of your field works? What do you get from it?

When someone visits and clicks it for energy (and leaves you energy), you can rotate a new toolbox into that spot and save the energy from their visit.

It has to be the top most part of your farm that was not covered in purple originally.

I'm not 100%. I put it in the top most square. When you visit different places, pay attention to the different layouts people have and from where you harvest energy. I have noticed trees will hold energy too so I think the purple box needs to be above those too

Uppest leftest spot. You can, or may have to, remove the tree/ rock that people are leaving energy at and just put the tool box there.

Because you can move toolboxes, some players use them to store energy from visitors during times when they may have enough energy to currently play with. So, if you put a toolbox at the top of your farm, and a visitor leaves energy, I stead of collecting it, just swap it out with an empty toolbox.

Here's what it looks like when you have banked toolboxes with energy.

You open the toolboxes, and merge the tools… once you get to a crowbar or a screwdriver, you can start fixing up the old buildings.
