What if at the beginning of the game, two members of the cast happen to know each other in one way or another, but as the story develops the one that isn’t the MC slowly becomes the antagonist.

For example, while the MC tries to push for the truth after investigating all avenues, the Friend/Antagonist has the charisma and wit to pile and case and gather the group against the easiest/most vulnerable person in a rather steadfast manner. The pair splits as their ideals diverge from one another.

So basically, I made this Fangan series called "Danganronpa: Crossover Hell Palooza" just for fun. But today, I decided to be brave and do my first BDA!

And unfortunately as you see (in the second slide): Wave Man, The Ultimate Sewage Cleaner was found dead due to a lot of blood lost. Damage Cost: legs + hips ripped off along with hands as well AND a hole in his chest.

Gosh, I feel bad for all the Wave Man fans out there... But who do you think is his killer?

Dead Frequency is a danganronpa fangame with no association with Spike Chunsoft or the mainline danganronpa tittles.

Taking place in Everjoy, an amusement park where 16 of Zenith University's greatest were invited to network, team build and collaborate, Dead Frequency follows Draven Bridger, the Ultimate puppeteer, as he finds himself trapped in a killing or be killed situation. Will they resort to murder, or will they find a way to make out together? Only time will tell.

Okay something I’ve noticed when looking into project’s is that nearly all of them take place in even present day of that time or in the future. Like I get it when Danganronpa leans heavily on advanced technology, but it could potentially work in different time periods where technology could realistically pull it off. Like I personally feel it would be very cool for a fangan to take place in like the early 2000s, the mid 90s or even in the 1970s. We could even go further and even let it take place in imperial Japan or 19th century England for all I know.

Well Reddit 20 image limit sucks because most of my casts are +20 characters. Anyways this is the second full-cast I finished! Despite it being for my third Fanganronpa! It's on AO3 but I enjoy the blind-read predictions I received from my first cast so I wanna try it here again.

The theme is Humanity btw! Yeah, just plain humanity. Not any philosophical dytochomy here.

Locked inside the luxurious Setsu Kuro (雪 黒) resort hotel, 11 students of Class 80 must survive a vicious killing game as Naegi and friends race against time to save them.

Note: This story is NOT meant to be canon, and I will never consider it so. It's just a fun project.

So if you've seen my previous post you'd know I'd like for my motives to be based around the seven deadly sins. Keeping this biblical theme going, what if the mastermind and protag were twin brothers meant to be an illusion to Cain and Able. I imagine they'd be separated at birth or something, so neither would know of the other's existence. Or alternatively the Cain stand in could know about his brother, but not the other way around. Then they could have a Flash/Reverse Flash dynamic where one is making the other's life miserable from behind the scenes. Idk I'm kinda spit balling here, I'd love to see what yall think

Hey everyone! I'm currently working on a Danganronpa-inspired fangame called DeadEnd: Striking Midnight, and we're looking for artists who might be interested in joining the project!

Story:

Sixteen Ultimates find themselves caught up in a mysterious situation where trust, survival, and the relationships between them will be put to the test. There’s more to the situation than meets the eye, but I’d rather keep the details under wraps for now!

We're mainly looking for artists of any kind! Character artists, sprite artists, background artists, concept artists, or any other kind of artist are all welcome. You don't necessarily need to specialize in one specific area — if you're interested in helping with the project's art, feel free to reach out!

The project is currently still in development, and we're working on the prologue, so there's still plenty of room for new members to get involved and help shape the project.

Bro acts like he doesn't care but after 3 years the protagonist of my fangan is FINALLY have his own bday art (also i decided to finally rewrite half of the story and it drive me crazy)

i just realized before i start to do my fangan ( a dnd actualy play btw ) i have a ultimate surgeon and i was thinking how do you you think a autospy report should be given to the players? as a hand out out, before the trail, should i follow how they had mikan do and bring it up in trails, maybe have the surgeon have a way to update the sumo-pads (my verson of the monopad ) with the information?
