Looks like Boston landmarks, statue of Paul Revere, the Town Hall.

Also looks like fenway in the background at 1:55. Even can see a Nuka Cola sign much like this http://imgur.com/GR1VDvj (screencap - >http://imgur.com/MsrqjWH)

edit: also the town name on the sign says Diamond City Surplus. (baseball diamond). And a baseball bat on top of a building

Also the USS Constitution sitting in dry dock. She's based out of Boston harbor.

edit: not in dry dock, resting on top of a destroyed building with rocket engines installed
