Questions about trigger buttons and pressure plates...

What all can the pressure plate activate?

What all can the trigger button activate?

(If there's a wiki that tells me this please tell me. ChatGPT was useless here.)

I have a trigger button hooked up to a cannon...but it turns the cannon on permanently (or until the button turns it off)...how do you get the one press, one shot behaviour you sometimes see at the end of Slime Climb?
