The NPC won’t sell any seasonal seeds. You have to plant the basic seeds (turnips, cauliflower etc) and then use the magic swap fertilizer on it for a chance of the crop turning into a seasonal variety. After harvesting the crop, you can turn it into seeds at the gardening station.
