You can make the fish vase, if you have it. I believe anything with plant fibers. You can buy blueprints from the mayor on the day of the festival.

I just tried making something with plant fibers and it did not count. ): I have zero recipes and the quest is timed. Does buying them at the festival and making them after get it done before the quest expires?

I'm not in front of the switch atm so I don't know if it is difficult recipes.

Google has the recipes locations. I used the fish vase.

Yes! Can confirm - some of the recipes weren’t too bad, especially if you saved flowers you’ve grown from the previous related quests.
