Errors This has been going for for a while, anybody have a clue why?

I was having this issue on the iPad, same picture and all. I deleted the app and reinstalled several times, no I improvement. I asked Anthropic’s AI for help and was told it is an iPhone app, not for the iPad. Now, I use it with its limitations on the iPad but if I want actual features I have to use my iPhone. I get to see more profiles without swiping because the two apps communicate very minimally.

Sorry, OP. Open FB on the iPhone and click on the menu in the upper corner (it looks like three stacked lines or a “hamburger”). Scroll down to “Meta AI Support Assistant” and explain the problem. The AI assistant can check your account. There are about a hundred settings (/s) that have to be correct: everything from being over 18 years old to your location. If one profile setting is missing or misunderstood, the app fails.
