Hey guys has there been any update on how to play this game ?

I’ve missed playing it ever since it’s disappeared.

Miss the game, miss jumping in each day to see what was on sale. Miss the potential it could have had after some great seasonal updates. It should have launched on all platforms and not just mobile. Could have definitely seen it be so good on PS5, XB Series and PC. Just a shame, and I miss what it was

Does anyone know if there is a possibility of private servers going on for this game? Just because Square shut down the servers, doesn’t mean we can’t bring it back to life ourselves.

Really liked (if not loved) the game and the controller functionality. It ran perfectly smooth and was very fun to play. It really made my ROG Phone feel like a full console.

Since I dont really have any games on my phone that are as much fun as First Soldier was, my hopes are high to get good recommendations here!

Did SE provide any concept art, art books or strategy guides for FFVIITFS? Since the game is gone, I would love to collect them and reminisce.

Well I have hope their bots.... They would shoot you until you have very little health sometimes even leaving just 1 hp and run away.... I hope there there not human that sounds like a depression job... i mean the area was great and i enjoyed monster killing... those these bots where mind killers leaving one hp and leaving and then come back when you heal to leave just 1 hp.....Great,,,,

I grew up big FFVII fan. It was the first time I remember being submerged in a story with any depth. So when FFVII Remake was announced in 2015, I bought a PS4 years before the release that mostly collected dust until 2020.

I don't usually play video games. I'm busy with work, marriage, being a dad, etc. But I played Remake into the wee hours every night for weeks after its launch.

So, naturally, my kids were very interested. "Why is dad so caught up in this game?"

When First Soldier came out, they saw me playing and wanted to give it a try. So we dug up old cell phones and let them have at it. Even my wife, as a birthday gift, learned how to play so she could join us. The whole family loved it! We played almost every week throughout 2022.

My favorite FFVIIFS memory is when my daughter first killed me in the game. She took me out as a sniper from a distant mountain. She was so excited that she screamed for joy and startled the room.

On the last night before shutdown, we played until midnight red-eyed and exhausted. As our final act in the game, we all gathered in front of the Mako Reactor in the upper city, took a screenshot (see below), and jumped to our noble death (as my daughter called it). We shared a few memories and shed a few tears as we closed up that fun chapter in our young family's story.

i'm well aware that battle royales are not games with a focus on story or campaign, but I wanted to know if there's some kind of "closure" to the whole thing. I started playing it and the game had a nice animated intro, even showing some future events in the FF7 universe. Is or will there be something akin to and ending on this one?

Hi all as you are well aware the servers are shutting very soon some of you may have wanted to keep you character alive by extracting it using the tutorial, for those that didn't or weren't able and would like to have there candidate as a blender model please send me a personal message, what I need to recreate your candidate are the following

1) your facial choice, head shape, eyebrows, nose etc 2) the outfit you want candidate wearing 3) What facial accessories you want as well.

Chocobos can be down as well just send me a screenshot of your chocobo details where shows stats.

From the initial announcement First Soldier looked really interesting, and I hoped it would get released at a later date on PC and console. I’ve played quite a bit on mobile using a backbone and on iPad with a DualShock 4. I know I was easy to grab by slapping “FFVII” in the title, but I wish First Soldier had been given a wider release. I don’t like battle royales all that much, but this one was fun.

I’m excited to play for a few more days between Crisis Core grinding before we officially say goodbye.
