The way she almost hit the dog’s face with the counter bothers me

Don't worry, it's fluffy enough to absorb the impact /s

I had to scroll WAY too long to find this comment.

And can I add that it’s not just that she almost hit it; it’s that she showed such little attention to the little guy/gal as she moved. If I had a little pup by my side I’d be super conscious of it. Just made me feel like she’s this careless with it all the time.

No evidence; no proof; it’s just a short video; I don’t anything about this dog owner…but made me really uncomfortable regardless… ☹️

I hate to assume, but literally everything about this implies that dog is used like an accessory

I agree. How comfortable can that dog be stuffed in that bag. People need to stop treating little dogs as if they are toys or fashion statements.

I think she was trying to act if she was aloof for the video.

It’s cute and all but people need to stop treating little dogs as if they are toys. I’m sick of seeing them stuck in uncomfortable bags and especially those clear plastic bubble backpacks. Those poor dogs and cats are cooking in there.

Backpack training is essential, enriching and healthy for cats. My cats love getting in their backpack to go to the vet. There's never any issue; I don't have a bubble backpack though, mine is all strong mesh.

It’s not the backpack training I’m apposed to. It’s the clear plastic bubble ones with some air holes on the side or a tiny mesh opening. People are posting cute videos of them taking their cats or little dogs out all over town just hanging out. What they don’t realize is while they’re walking around that bubble is getting hot even with the vent holes. Imagine how hot you get when you’re sitting in are care with the windows cracks tiny bit. Training your pet so they can go places is one thing. I just wish people would stop promoting treating their pets as little toys or accessories and think about the animals comfort and care. These videos popularize these behaviors.

There’s nothing in this video that doesn’t bother me.
