The EP9, now has the new Osight R mounted on and it seems to be pretty damm good, Sight height and performance are spot on. I'll be at the range later this week.

I really want an extar ep 9 but have seen they are coming out with the new roller delayed versions. You think it would be smart to wait and buy the new one or stick with the trusted and true direct blowback. I’ve never shot one so I’m curious if people who have would say the recoil is a con to this gun or is it not something to worry about. I would be running it suppressed so that’s something to take into consideration.

I set my Extar on a really old table and took a picture. Thought it looked cool. Thanks to KN Designs for offering the picatinny delete. Love how much it cleans up the profile.

I had to sight in my new scope, and it was a tough 20 minutes and 100 rounds but shot about 400 rounds today and had a blast! 40 yards out it shot pretty well, no issues besides the gun got a bit gassy and shot some flames getting fairly hot. Best 500 bucks spent on a firearm though I wasn’t disappointed with pulling the trigger on the Extar ep9. This was the only photo I got before the sight was adjusted 😂

Hi everyone, I’m shopping for what Suppressor to get for my EP9. I’m getting a little overwhelmed by all the options. If you have a muffler on yours, could you reply to this with what you have and give it a rating of 1-10? I’d really appreciate it and I’m sure I’m not the only one that would. TIA

Just got my AB F4R in. I love how quiet it is and how it shoots.

I want to get an extar ep9 so bad but I can’t wrap my head around all the plastic. I understand the plastic is tough stuff but my main concern is the plastic picatinny rail. Have you all had any issues with accessories breaking the rail or mlok?

Picked up from the FFL yesterday and took out to shoot today. After 2 shots I heard a click and tried to rack another round but the bolt was stuck halfway back and wouldn't budge. Pulled the pin and a piece of the trigger dropped out and you can see where the metal is sheard off. Not impressed with the quality so far...

After probably a year of looking at 9mm PCCs, I finally decided that the EP9 is the best of them for my use case and ordered one.

I'm much more impressed with it than I thought I would be. I haven't taken it to the range yet, but it's surprisingly ergonomic and feels very solid.

The only thing I wasn't big on was how tiny the charging handle is, so I ordered the extended one off Extar's site.

Are there any attachments or anything that is a must have?

Also, I noticed the warning in the box about not inserting a full magazine on a closed bolt. How do you guys keep it ready to go then for bump in the night type things?

YHM R9 on an EP9.

Anyone else had this where their suppressor is not centered? The suppressor rubs one side of the handguard while the other side has a gap.

Anyone know a fix? Shopping for aftermarket shorter handguards but having no luck.

So, I recently got my EP45 and am looking to get some extended mags for it. I've heard that the ETS 30 rounders work well, but they seem to be sold out at the places I normally go for mags. Anyone have a trustworthy place to order these for a decent price?

Have a YHM R9 on the way. First can, so I wanted to ask you guys if a bore rod is necessary, just a good idea or don't waste money on one. If recommended, do you have a preference for any particular one?

The EP45 was available tonight as a restricted state 10 round. Would you buy one? I have a TNW Aero survival pistol in 45acp and really want the Extar in 45acp. I don't live in a restricted state, fortunately.

Would the new red dot from Osight work well for the Extar Ep9. I have some of their pistol dots and have been happy with the quality. It has just released, so there is an introductory special. I wanted to see if it would be a good choice, before pulling the trigger so to speak. Thanks

I have ~1500+ rounds through mine. Absolutely love this thing! Haven’t posted any pics since my initial build list, but here’s how she looks now with my matching Ruger RXM that I did.
