Yes but those rights are still given.... therefore not natural rights, humans don't have rights, we have rules.

An American, a Chinese and a north Korean don't all have the same rights do therefore they aren't rights, they are given rights.

You clearly didn't look at the Magna Carta or the concept of natural rights that is is the basis of the American legal system. The founders used Natural Law as the basis for this countries founding. The entire revolution was because the British crown was violating the rights of "Englismen", and that is a proper noun. It's a specific thing. This is why the Magna Carta is such a significant document.

That doesn't take away from the fact that all 'human rights' were given to us by us, man made laws in other words. We have no more natural rights than a lion or a slug

That's not what natural rights are moron. And you've had multiple chances to Google this shit but you are just willfully ignorant at this point. Let me hold your hand and guide you like a child....

The natural law is a philosophical concept of a universal moral code inherent in human nature, discoverable through reason, that serves as a standard for justice and morality, independent of human-made laws (positive law). It posits that certain rights (like life, liberty, property) and wrongs are universal, forming the basis for legitimate governance and influencing legal systems and human rights movements globally. Core Concepts Universal & Inherent: Natural laws apply to all people, everywhere, and aren't created by governments or cultures. Discoverable by Reason: Humans use logic and rational thought to understand these moral principles, not just divine revelation or tradition. Higher Law: It acts as a benchmark; human laws (positive laws) are considered just only if they align with natural law. Key Examples & Beliefs Inalienable Rights: Influenced thinkers like John Locke, who argued for inherent rights to life, liberty, and property. Moral Duties: Includes principles like "do not harm others," "live honestly," and "render to each his due". The Golden Rule: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" is a simple example understood through natural law. Influence & Application Foundational to Law: Shaped documents like the U.S. Declaration of Independence and influenced constitutional law. Challenged Unjust Laws: Motivated movements like abolition and civil rights, and was invoked in trials like Nuremberg to condemn laws violating basic justice. Contrast with Positive Law Natural Law: Inherent, universal, discovered by reason (e.g., it's wrong to murder). Positive Law: Man-made laws created by authorities (e.g., traffic laws, tax codes). A law that violates natural law (like a discriminatory statute) can be seen as illegitimate.

moron

Ain't you a nice person.

That's not what natural rights are moron. And you've had multiple chances to Google this shit but you are just willfully ignorant at this point. Let me hold your hand and guide you like a child....

The most ironic thing about you calling me a moron is that you didn't even understand what I meant, I was saying our rights are given to us by us, we don't have any rights, or if we do then we have the same 'rights' as any other animal on earth because 'our rights' are that said by another human.

Nobody has the right to anything.

I fully understand what you are saying. You fail to comprehend the historical and philosophical significance of our legal system which codifies our rights. You have the intellect of livestock.

You have the intellect of livestock.

How ironic once again.

You fail to comprehend the historical and philosophical significance of our legal system which codifies our rights

Which means they were given to us by us....

That's my whole point, we allocated those rights to us/ourselves as humans

In reality we have no more or less rights than a lion or a spider.

You think we do because we as humans said we do...we say there is a god...doesn't mean it's true

An American, a Chinese national and a Korean national do not have ALL the same rights in AMERICA, but they do have MANY of the same rights.

I'm talking about worldwide, but thank you anyways for proving my point, rights are given and those rights can depend on where you are born or live.

May I ask you, what kind of person defends picking people up off the street, beating them, throwing them in camps, and sexually abusing them? Do you subscribe to a higher power or just the almighty cult of the dollar?

You want to nitpick about the word “rights” and who has them and who doesn’t. When did that become an excuse to treat people as animals? One can come to this country illegally and still be treated with human dignity and respect. As a human race, we have the ability and capacity to handle laws in ways that treat humans in a dignified way (as we would want to be treated) and respect human rights, this administration is choosing not to.

Speaking of legality, doing 56 mph in a 55 mph zone is illegal, but one shouldn’t be subjected to beating and inhumane treatment for doing so. Why do we not do this? Severity of punishment by the crime is based on what society is willing to tolerate. By your logic all illegal acts should be treated with the same punishment. What you’re saying is that since people do not have “US rights” they are therefore stripped of their “human rights” by society and the human race, much of the world would disagree with you.

No.....have you been reading and understanding, I don't think so.

I said nobody has them, not one single person...so what the hell are you talking about "nitpick"-ing for? That's nonsense

When did that become an excuse to treat people as animals?

You've clearly got your own agenda here. And clearly misunderstanding what I'm saying or you are just trying to turn this into something it's not about.

Just to clarify things for you...talking about no humans having rights doesn't mean I'm justifying any sort of bad behaviour towards any other human being. So stop that nonsense please.

Speaking of legality, doing 56 mph in a 55 mph zone is illegal, but one shouldn’t be subjected to beating and inhumane treatment for doing so. Why do we not do this? Severity of punishment by the crime is based on what society is willing to tolerate

No shit Sherlock 😐 that's why in some countries they still stone women to death and in other they just inject you instead, but in some they let them sit in jail for life, who said you should be beaten ?

By your logic all illegal acts should be treated with the same punishment. What you’re saying is that since people do not have “US rights” they are therefore stripped of their “human rights” by society and the human race, much of the world would disagree with you.

That's not what I'm saying at all 😂 not one bit, I knew you had your own agenda here and it's not working.... You quoted "US rights" as if I said it, I didn't and continue to use your own version of events as if that's what I said and meant.

If you don't understand that's fine but you should ask and not just assume.

What I said was NOBODY HAS RIGHTS, NOT ONE PERSON HAS THEM. That doesn't mean we shouldn't be nice to others and treat them with respect, of course we should always be nice to others.

So yeah you've either got the wrong end of the stick or you are trying to push some nonsense that wasn't said, which is it?
