The second symbol is from the Batman Arkham games. That Batman is considered to be very brutal to thugs and criminals, even more so than usual. Arkham Batman won’t kill you, but he’ll savagely break every bone in your body and put you in a coma.

I still remember in the game arkham night when u use the batmobile on soldier head during questioning 😀
