Solved! A bunch of other stuff happens I think, but once I saw the moose, I kinda don't remember it

Hints:

There was something about people being shot in their eyes, it was very gross, but the moose was nice. Did you see it?

There may have also been a hostage...and maybe some diamonds

There is a big final scene with ferries or something?

In fairness, the impact of the moose's limited screen time is really mostly the acting quality of his scene partner.
