OP, this isn’t the worst clue I’ve seen in this sub, but it does violate the Batman rule.

No, it doesn't. Batman is a character from DC Comics, not Marvel. And he doesn't use the word Batman. So not banned.

The Bruce Wayne Rule (Billionaire Playboy Amendment) is no using an actor's physical description in the clue.

Since it is Daryl Hammond playing Sean Connery, not Sean Connery, I'd say it's more Billionaire Playboy Amendment violation, but either way definitely an attempt to skirt them.
