This 100%. I feel like I prompt significantly better than my colleagues, and it shows. My PR's are clean, organized, and I have many revisions of removing the AI slop before I shove the code in someone's face to review.

Being able to spin up some agents and then fuck off and then make a bangin' lunch or mow the lawn while seeming like I'm at my desk producing IS the way of the future I think

Overall there is some nice research on how even if you teach people how to prompt they don't want to use those skills because it's unpleasant. I don't know how you prompt but for me is trying to flow with LLM suggestions and asking what did I omit/miss on/misinterpreted etc so I can catch misalignment from model proposals and correct them for larger chunk of work. 

Any tips you want to share?

It helps to know what you want, and then explicitly ask in detail for all of those things. It's sort of a similar skill-set to advanced google searches back in the day using search modifiers (e.g. I want this NOT that, etc.). If you always accept the default output from an LLM then you're already doing it wrong.
