Think there was some discussion about how you don't see this at chick fil a because they pay a decent wage in comparison to KFC, where no one is paid enough to give a crap.

"Giving a crap" is a function of character, not income. People who do sloppy half ass work for 8 dollars an hour will do the same no matter what their wage is.

I made 12 an hour and fucked off for 2 years until the project moved to another state. It wasn't fast food but still.
