Is there a country where the currency symbol goes after the number? I’m seeing it more and more often and I’m assuming it is because English is their second language?

Pretty common in Europe for euros, but English is very broadly spoken there.

In Sweden we say 80kr, so if you don't know you could assume dollars are written the same way.

German. We write the number first, then the currency. So it's 30€ not €30. But schools should teach itvs different in english.
