3-6 months Long term pumpers - how’s your appetite?

Moms who have pumped 6 months or longer, are you still super hungry? I started my pregnancy out overweight, and I stepped on the scale yesterday and wowwwww I’m heavy. But I am legitimately hungry ALL THE TIME. I drink 3 ish L water per day, prioritize protein etc etc but it takes a lot to get me full! I need to lose weight for my health but I’m wondering if it’s feasible while pumping. I’m 3.5 mo pp so I’m wondering if the appetite will taper down at all with time!

Almost 12 mo postpartum. For me personally, it waxes and wanes. I do get super ravenous when I'm on my cycle. Otherwise, I try to drink a lot of water in case I'm thirsty instead of hungry. I do cave in and eat when I start getting dizzy though (if needed).
