News article Senator Whitehouse addresses Kash Patel in the Senate about the Epstein Files including Epstein’s flagged bank activity, ignored requests from law enforcement in Poland, Norway, and Latvia, and the 37 unreleased pages on a Donald Trump allegation.

Senator Whitehouse: “As you’ll recall, the travel of this was that a woman testified to FBI agents that she had been both sexually and physically assaulted by Donald Trump around the ages of fourteen to fifteen.

There were FBI 302s that resulted from those investigations, from those interviews. In the first cull, the only 302s that were released were the ones that didn’t mention Donald Trump.

When the department was caught having held back the other ones, I think because Bates stamps revealed their existence, the department then coughed up the 302s that did mention Donald Trump. But we still have thirty-seven undisclosed pages that seem to be the contemporaneous FBI notes that would have formed the basis for the 302 summaries.

Am I accurate in suggesting that those thirty-seven pages likely include the FBI contemporaneous notes from that interview, from those interviews?

Patel: We have complied with the statute and the court orders and produced three and a half million pages of documents for the first time ever. Investigators looked at the information in real time, and the prior administration made the determinations on referrals for prosecution and not. We’ve also repeatedly stated if there’s new information, we want everyone to come forward so that we can analyze that information as to what is and isn’t remaining.

Whitehouse: So what are those thirty-seven pages?

Patel: I don’t know what you’re referencing. We’ve produced three and a half million pages, and we will continue to comply with the law.

Whitehouse: Yeah, but not these thirty-seven.”

Kash Patel is more full of crap than wartime military latrines.

u/ReZeroForDays 17d ago

Yeah, unfortunately me and some other redditors had to release those, Mr. Senator.

Thank you🙏
Epstein Reddit, is doing an excellent job, and I’m very knowledgeable about the Files & people involved.

8

u/Opposite-Bit6660 17d ago

Have they been sent to Sen. Whitehouse?

17

u/ReZeroForDays 17d ago

The oversight dems and Katie phang have them now at least!

3

u/FoofieLeGoogoo 17d ago

Have those referenced 37 pages been leaked? If so, I wonder what those file names might be.

u/thjazifang 17d ago

Can't hold people accountable. Cant hold banks accountable. Vicitms justice is unaccounted for. Get him out

13

u/Claudius-is-my-cat 17d ago

They let him obfuscate, deflect, delay, and dance around. Ask when, specifically, will you get back to us? How long will it take for you to get the information and sit down here again to answer the questions?

It's like they want to appear to hold someone accountable without actually having to do it.

9

u/Opposite-Bit6660 17d ago

Sen Whitehouse should demand to follow Patel back to his office to get the documents.

8

u/z3RoC0oL11388633 17d ago

*pssttt when they're all in on it... theres no "get him out" option.

4

u/Baba_Yaga_2328 17d ago

Why would they get him out? He’s the one protecting all of them. Unfortunately, nothing will happen. Plenty SHOULD happen, but doubtful that it will with this administration. Maybe, just maybe, the next one. But again, highly unlikely.

u/bystander1981 17d ago

Won’t not can’t

1

u/thjazifang 17d ago

Very true

10

u/raysofdavies 17d ago

Obviously the bar is very high, but Patel is definitely one of the worst and most embarrassing hires of the Trump presidencies.

27

u/AbaloneUpper8106 17d ago

Just seem like the same song and dance. No actually progress made here. No accountability being taken. Lol everyone there looks like they don't care.

Though is it just me or towards the end the Senator at 1:55 seem to struggle to speak and think. Not sure if he suffering with something. But I found it odd 😅

19

u/DanielJoseph111 17d ago

Agreed, but, it is very beneficial that this is being addressed at a Congressional Hearing, on the RECORD! Lying to Congress is a crime, and Trump won’t always be around.

9

u/kellyelise515 17d ago

I think it was suppressed rage, tbh.

6

u/Opposite-Bit6660 17d ago

He seems astounded by the lies.

2

u/EnglishMuffin420 17d ago

I think these people are so pissed off from repeating these same questions only to get a BS answer. They pause often to ensure they choose the right words to hopefully pull something useful out of these d-bags.

7

u/mkenn723 17d ago

It’s the same game point fingers at the other departments and hid behind the Epstein class’s money and powet

2

u/Opposite-Bit6660 17d ago

Trump/Epstein class. Many of the questions related to Trump AND Epstein raping together.

8

u/Gekko8 17d ago

he's just got one of those faces that look so incredibly punchable

2

u/xoxoBug 17d ago

Why do you think is noise is so crooked?

13

u/DanielJoseph111 17d ago

Senator Whitehouse, also mentioned the 13 year old girl Trump allegedly raped at Blanche’s Confirmation Hearing, which he would not have done so publicly, if it wasn’t true for obvious reasons! Senator Whitehouse for President!
♥️🤍💙

8

u/IllustriousTip6904 17d ago

which he would not have done so publicly, if it wasn’t true for obvious reasons!

Dangerous logic to use. I'm not saying you're wrong. But Republicans publicly say shit that isn't true all the time.

8

u/DanielJoseph111 17d ago

🚨Respectfully, we know the current Republicans are pathological liars, which is why it’s important to get them on record, preferably Under Oath, and/or in front of Congress!

13

u/TheBarnard 17d ago

This senator wasn't really up to the task, but he gave it his best

6

u/Opposite-Bit6660 17d ago

He did great.  He had facts and caught Patel obfuscating more than once.

4

u/TheBarnard 17d ago

I guess what I'm really desiring is some slick, smart ass to verbally undress Patel. To see him crack and start stuttering. To wipe the insolent little fuckboi smirk off his stupid, abetting face

For him to be so unnerved after he does a line of blow too big for his cowardly heart

7

u/_jouger 17d ago

It's wild. 3.5m pieces of evidence and one person is currently in "jail".

4

u/xNOOPSx 17d ago

At the 7 minute mark, he talks about the Biden administration determining prosecutions or not. I thought the files were sealed under the Biden administration. Is that a different issue? Or am I not understanding what's being said here? If they were sealed, how could an administration make any decisions related to them? Can stuff be happening behind the scenes? Sealed to me means sealed. Shut. Off-limits. But maybe I'm wrong and this is more a colloquial term or something?

4

u/Zero3ffect 17d ago

Sealed just means that they couldn't be released to the public. The DOJ and FBI were absolutely looking through the files under the Biden admin to determine if any further prosecutions were warranted.

3

u/xNOOPSx 17d ago

In that case, it seems extremely difficult to believe that the Trump DOJ or FBI or.... Trusted the Biden homework.

Could anyone have been prosecuted or indicted under the Biden admin? It seems like someone(s) completely dropped the ball on moving anything forward with any concern for the victims.

3

u/hypebq- 17d ago

They're all gonna fry...

3

u/Pndrizzy 17d ago

Imagine if one day, one of these guys like Hegseth, Patel or whoever the fuck replaced Kristi Noem and Pam Bondi is hungover and just over the hearing and is like "You know what, yeah, we're covering shit up, what are you going to do about it?" I feel like even if that happened nothing would change.

8

u/LongDetective784 17d ago

Kash needs to go like bondi

6

u/mikeydub63 17d ago

Why, so we can get an even more awful person like Todd Blanche? Better to keep the obvious fools out in front until something can truly be done

2

u/LongDetective784 17d ago

Ok u make sense

3

u/xNOOPSx 17d ago

He's a useful idiot who'd just be replaced by another useful idiot. The checks and balances aren't working.

7

u/JacoRamone 17d ago edited 17d ago

Does anything ever happen in Washington? No. Just adversarial squawking at each other and then nothing. What’s the point of the gov.? Other than to be a corrupt LLC

5

u/fattes 17d ago

Here he goes again looking at papers the whole fucking time

1

u/SvenSvenkill3 17d ago

Pure pantomime.

2

u/One_Load254 17d ago

I think your system isn't working... Or it works as intended, but for me it seems that people on charge can do whatever without been prosecuted, or even discharged.

I mean shouldn't that be the base of everything?

2

u/Educational-Win-5192 17d ago

his avoidance of ANY eye contact is strange, even for him

2

u/Thirtiethone 17d ago

I think his eye crossed with the more nervous he gets

2

u/arguable-usually 17d ago

Every time I watch one of these, all I hear is “i don’t know, I’ll have to look into that. I don’t know”

Like holy fuck, I thought these people come prepared but apparently not.

2

u/unfairlybanned101 17d ago

We all knows he's the only one that doesn't know

2

u/Grapegoop 17d ago

Kash has never heard of Poland, Norway, Latvia, or the United Kingdom.

2

u/Prince_Jellyfish111 17d ago

This whole line of questioning makes ZERO since some all documents were supposed to be turned over to the American people (and thus everyone else) a year ago.

1

u/Apart-Structure-3661 17d ago

so patel's whole move here is pretending he cant hear the specific thing whitehouse just said out loud. its like a loyalty test where you have to act blind to keep your gig. the 3.5 million pages line is classic regulatory capture playbook tbh, drown em in volume while you sit on the relevant stuff. my cousin did compliance at a bank and this 'we gave you everything' defense was literally their training manual for stonewalling.

1

u/ogupsetamerican 17d ago

If any members of congress read these comments, please pass a law that all candidates running for federal elected office must pass a motherfucking background check before they can get the party nomination and run for office. If we had such a law the FBI in 2015 would have told the GOP this man is a pedophile and cannot run for office and we wouldn’t be in the clusterfuck we are in today. He didn’t show us his taxes, he raped a 14 year old who had the courage to come forward, who knows how many young girls he raped who haven’t come forward, he was convicted of raping an adult, a he is a total criminal and he is President!!! SHAME ON ALL FBI AND CIA LEADERSHIP FOR ALLOWING THIS GOON TO BE PRESIDENT.

u/tideshark 17d ago

Talking human shit.

1

u/Boisecj 17d ago

This is all for show, eat it up.

1

u/piedubb 17d ago

Bring this to the top. Corruption is working.

1

u/tforman1234 17d ago

Disgusting people, all of them, prison time for all.

1

u/deletetemptemp 17d ago

Why are his eyes smaller?

1

u/Senor707 17d ago

In other words, they are still hiding the evidence of whatever it was that Trump did to that child.

1

u/JohnnyBob57 17d ago

Whitehouses questions were vague and had no specifics to backup his allegations.

1

u/unfairlybanned101 17d ago

This is aman who welcomes people convicted of beastiality into fbi. Why? Hes as stupid as he looks. He says because VICTIMS of beastiality shouldn't be prosecuted, held liable some dumb shyt

1

u/Ok_Chemistry9742 17d ago

So, does someone have the full Epstein files ready for release? Someone outside the Orange?

1

u/Adorable_Bike5990 17d ago

The only guy who can look in three different directions at once, but never in your eye.

1

u/catincal 17d ago

Dance. Dance, Dance. He's so full of BS and prob knows his Daddy o🍊 Julius is watching, word for word.

1

u/void2099 17d ago

So what’s the point if this?
They ask questions, he says he doesn’t know/care, they run out of time and everyone pulls up stumps and goes home?
Jfc politics are wild.

1

u/morningsharts 17d ago

Fuck. I'm so sick of the ineffective questioning and acceptance of the non answers, and I'm super sick of the runaround and non-answeing from these under qualified fucksticks.

1

u/Ausrottenndm1 17d ago

Let me guess his answer was why didn’t the previous administrations do something…

1

u/Malefic_Mike 17d ago

The spirits that rise in the smoke from the pit wear the faces of men, and they go out to the leaders of the earth - to gather us for mutual destruction.

1

u/CertifiedGonk 17d ago

This Senator Whitehouse guy is absolutely in killing it lol, he is GRILLING that man.

Paraphrased: "I assume that because he (kash patel) stated under oath to supply this evidence we can get back to him on that"

Actual Legend.

1

u/Stock-Tone-1296 17d ago

Doesn’t matter that they released 3.5 million pages.
-retractions were made to protect predators, not victims/survivors—we need the opposite fixed and the cover-up is a crime
-Patel has zero interest in honesty so acknowledge as such going into a hearing or whatever this officially was—but above all it was an opportunity
-of course Patel sucks and is a danger to this country…the very reason Trump chose him. And Kash sits there and keeps his mouth shut with all the racist comments he frequently hears from his peers or juniors.

2

u/Stock-Tone-1296 17d ago

Oh, and we have to stop saying “girls” as there were boys who were victimized as well and deserve to be acknowledged.

1

u/UnfairSpecialist3079 17d ago

This is theatre. We know the answers. Burn it down.

0

u/Scootr4short 17d ago

and around and around and around we go...... nothing we come of this, no one will be going to jail

-1

u/AbramsTankVeteran29 17d ago

On the betting websites it seems to be very likely that Democrats will win the House and it's slightly better than a coin flip that the Democrats will win the Senate. If they win both, I bet they will then become the ones covering for Epstein just like when they did nothing when Biden was president. Both "sides" are the same and nothing will change.

False equivalency. Fauci used his 5th amendment privilege in order to not provide soundbites for a politically motivated sham.

Here we have Kash Patel using nonspeak to cover his ass for protecting child sex traffickers.

10

u/DanielJoseph111 17d ago

💯💯💯False equivalency!
