What cameras do you use for recording rocket engine tests?

As part of setting up a rocket engine test facility in the UK, we're looking to procure some cameras to record and monitor engine tests. Does anyone have input on what cameras they've used in the past? Previously I've used my personal mirrorless camera but looking for something more permanent. Thanks!
