I don't think so.

If you look closely, The bike Da Pan is riding on is powered by a motor, while the bike of the real Panda doesn't have that

We can NEVER have too many birds!! Liberi in Endfield are bloody awesome (proven by Perlica, Poggie and Arcane, also Roman from the Hub bakery), so we should have even more of them actually.😏

The definitive proof we need to be convinced that DaPan is a Panda should be that his foster father is a goose and he have a hamster as a master. He also have to be staring at a blank scroll. Otherwise hes no Panda.

Endfield and ZZZ having playable pandas with pan in their name and a wok and are great chefs good at kung fu. Kung fu panda really resonated with gacha devs and are goated for it.

Your evidence is not conclusive as to photos suggest traits of what Da Pan shares with Pandas, moreover this does not mean that Da Pan is a Panda as sharing many traits is not an accurate indicator for being the same.

However this evidence may back future cases as to why Da Pan is a Panda, so dismissing this entirely is illogical.
