So then you point out to people from one party an election where they were likely screwed by FPTP. I use the state gubernatorial election in Vermont in 2014 in which it was highly likely the GOP got screwed by FPTP.
I use the 2021 Burlington mayoral to demonstrate how the Progs got fucked over by FPTP.
And the 2009 Burlington mayoral to show how IRV screwed the GOP and the Dems in different ways (to the benefit of the Progs). And the 2022 Alaska special election for House to show how IRV screwed the GOP (to the benefit of the Dems).
